Is it possible to have two or more fields under the same label simiarly how the Address field is setup with Address, City, State, Zip?
I want to have a height field with a feet field and inches field and another field with one label for hours and minutes.

There are no available built-in field types for the cases you’re describing. There’s one for Time, but it doesn’t include minutes.
I’m not aware of any third-party add-on adding the field types you need, so I would recommend contacting a freelance developer.
