reCaptcha V3 issue on Mac

I have the Gravity Forms reCAPTCHA Add-On installed and configured on a site. It’s a simple newsletter sign up form. Works fine without issue on Windows various browsers. However, on Mac Chrome and Firefox the validation error below will appear on submission. It doesn’t actually say which fields to review, and no fields are highlighted. Re-clicking submit will allow the form to submit without error.

Any insight what might be the issue here?
