Quiz conditional logic

Does anyone know if there a way to have the quiz score recognize that there is conditional logic in the form, such that certain questions won’t appear to the user, thereby reducing the total possible score and thereby impacting their grade? If someone answers all the questions they are asked correctly, I want them to get an A, not a B because they never saw some questions.
