Hello Everyone,

I really need help here.

I have eight centers where we offer different courses for our summer camp. I need to know if Gravity Form can help implement registration form logic so that when a center is selected, it loads only the courses (products) offered at that center for the students to select and register for.

At the moment, I am having issues implementing that.

For Example:

A. Ogba Center offers the following products (courses) only

  1. Games Design

  2. App Design

  3. Web Design

  4. Tech Discovery

5 3D Animation

B. Ikeja Center offers the following products (courses) only

  1. Games Design

  2. App Design

3 3D Animation

C. Lekki Center offers the following products (courses) only

  1. Games Design

  2. App Design

3 3D Animation

  1. UI/UX Design

  2. Graphic Design

  3. Networking

Hi Mike,

This sounds like a good fit for Populate Anything. You can use it to populate your Drop Downs and filter what is populated based on the selection in the “Center” field.

If your data isn’t already stored somewhere in the WordPress database, we have a tutorial on how you can use another non-user-facing Gravity Form to build a simple database for population.
