Please help! Form not saving second time around

Hello,

I’ve been having a bit of an issue for a few weeks. I’ve created a form here: Survey Form | GB Residential Surveys for my client however whenever he saves and continues it only works the first time. If he comes back after making edits and saving again all his work is lost apart from the first entries. I’ve tried removing and clearing cache and other things suggested by GoDaddy and Gravity but still having the issue. Has anyone encountered this and would you be able to suggest what work?
