Paypal dropdown no longer appearing

I recently setup the Paypal addon and all seemed to work fine, but now the PayPal dropdown option no longer appears. It will briefly show, then go away, leaving credit card as the only option. Here is what the console log is showing:

The weird thing is that the Paypal dropdown will appear when previewing the form. If I embed it on a page, it doesn’t show. I’ve made a new form with the Paypal option and tried embedding that, but it still only shows when previewing it.

Actually, the CC option doesn’t work either. You can’t enter any numbers.
