"(PayPal) Donations Aren't Accepted in this Organization's Country" -- Help for Japanese Nonprofit

Hi All,

Country: Japan
PayPal account type: PayPal Business

I’m tasked with updating a nonprofit’s website (which has a current and WORKING PayPal donation button). So I download Gravity Forms for WordPress and do the whole thing.

Form looks great, everything is ready to go, and then when I run a test donation I get ‘donations aren’t accepted in this organization’s country’. Which is incorrect, since they get donations all the time in Japan using their PayPal account.

Any ideas of how I can fix this issue? I’m super lost. Any help is really appreciated, thank you.
