Paypal issue ongoing forever. Might cause me to switch to WP FOrms

This issue has been ongoing since day 1 of this form plugin.

Anytime a paypal payment fails the form still submits and continues to the thank you page.

Im using the paypal checkout. I shouldn’t need to have a developer fix this for me. Gravity Forms should fix this by default. How can I solve this?

That’s the best way to figure out what is going on.
