Hi everyone
I am using PayPal Commerce Platform Add-On. I have added it to the site and connected it successfully.we recently updted to the commerce platform plug from Paypal Pro which used to work fine.
However, when customers want to enter credit card details or choose paypal as the payment this is the error they get.
“Cannot create a new order on PayPal. If the error persists, please contact us for further assistance.”
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
