PayPal Checkout Add-On connects to the account, but does not reflect this going back to the website

Hi there,
Not sure what is going on, I go through the process of allowing Gravity Forms to connect to the PayPal account using the add-on plugin - all seems to be accepted fine, but when I go back to the WordPress admin, it does not reflect that and just has the info message on the PayPal settings screen - ‘Connect with PayPal’
Anyone have any idea ?
