We are trying to setup a donations form using the Gravity Forms PayPal Checkout Add-On.
The system information are as follows:
Wordpress version: 6.6.1
PHP version: 8.2.22
Gravity Forms version: 2.8.17
Gravity Forms PayPal Checkout Add-On version: 3.5.0
Our first question is, if it is possible to make payments using a paypal balance. With our setup so far, it seems that when the user logs into his paypal account (after submitting the form), only the card payment is possible through paypal. Is there any way to be able to choose to pay with the paypal balance?
Next, even when the user proceeds to pay with a debit or credit card when he is redirected to the bank confirmation, the total amount is set to 0.00USD at the bank payment details. Please, also note that the form was setup to use Euros, but the payment details on the bank confirmation message is turned to USD. What exactly is the problem here?
