Payments through Paypal Checkout often not working

Hi there

I hope someone can help, but I’m not very technical. I generally don’t have any issues with my forms, however for the last few days, the Paypal checkout system isn’t working properly about 50% of the time. The user completes the order form, and is trying to pay by hitting the Paypal or Credit Card option, but then nothing happens and they’re unable to pay. However, when I test it, it works fine, and SOME orders do come through without any issues.
