We are using PayPal Checkout to process payments on our website. When a user logs in to PayPal, everything works perfectly. However, if the user selects the Express Checkout option (Pay by Debit or Credit Card), the payment confirmation differs from the predefined confirmation set in the form options. Also, the payment is only pre-authorised and eventually reversed.

Update: The issue appears to be related to the new Gravity Forms v2.9.0. We reverted to v2.8.18, and everything is now working properly.
Hi Antonio. After upgrading to 2.9.0, make sure you clear any cache or CDN and disable Cloudflare Rocketloader if you are using it.
