After form submission, it is clearing out the credit card fields and giving message as if the card information was not filled out. The problem is not being logged anywhere I have access to. Using Paypal checkout. Paying via PayPal option works. Thank you.

Thanks. That got us to the next step but the payment does not go through on PayPal and the payment status does not change from Processing to Paid.

Is the webhook status showing as active on the Forms > Settings > PayPal Checkout page?

Yes and is Live

In that case, I recommend testing with logging enabled.

Then open a support ticket at: https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/technical/

Include the system report, which will contain the log URLs. The support team will review the system report and logs for issues.

Keep logging enabled until the issue is resolved.

Resolved via support. The form also had a legacy PayPal Standard feed, which was processing the form. Only one payment add-on can process a submission, so deleting the legacy PayPal feeds will allow PayPal Checkout to process it.
