Hello,

I just added PayPal to our website. I did a test charge and everything went well. Now I am hearing 2 of our clients tried to make a payment through PayPal and it is not going through. One of them had this reason: “Payment failed to be captured. Reason: Cannot capture the payment. PayPal Debug ID: ee8e46359651d”.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It is Gravity Form bug or I don’t know.

This resolved the issue for us. We are using the WP Fastest Cache plugin. So I excluded the payment page from caching. Now everything will work, hopefully.
