We are using partial entry plugin to capture abandonment entries. Is there a way to email those who did not complete the form as we are using GravityForms to capture payment and do not want to lose out on some sales.

Could this be achieved via Partial Entries.? I wonder when exactly is a the conditional logic activated on email notifications for partial entry saved?
Is there a way of waiting for the user X minutes before deciding it is actually partial? Or end of session?
