Page Number Appearing Where Page-Breaks Are

Good afternoon, hoping for some help please. Where there’s a page-break getting Page 2, Page 3 etc on the emailed version of the form. It doesn’t appear on the PDF copy and isn’t visible when customers are completed the forms. First page break you get Page 2, second page break Page 3 and so on.

Thanks

@user5d946cb97251d498 are you able to post a few screenshots showing exactly what your receive in the email notification, and what is shown in the PDF?

Hi Jake,

Thanks. Please see below.

Thanks for that. Try enable the Show Page Names setting, so your PDF will include the page names.

Thanks Jake, but the PDF is correct, as don’t want to show the page numbers. Looking to remove from within the body of the email form please.

Thanks

Oh, sorry. I had thought the PDF was incorrect.

I believe the {all_fields:empty} merge tag added to the body of your Notification email is what includes the page names. Try replace this with the standard {all_fields} tag instead.

Thanks Jake,

I changed it from {all_fields} to {all_fields:empty} as there’s a not required question that can be left blank. However would like it to appear on emails & PDF when submitted. Tried {all-field:then the field id number}, but none of the form came through. Would you please let me know if there’s a solution to this?

You could try Gravity Wiz’s All Fields Template plugin, but with the amount of effort you’d need to replicate the PDF format it’s probably not worth it.
