I am using the gravityform form and we are recently facing issue in the radio button other option, when i added the radio button in the form, it is working fine in the preview page but i am getting following error in the front-end post page. please suggest.

I would like to suggest you make sure the system status is like below 
PHP v7.4+, MySQL v5.7+, and the latest version of WordPress as well as the latest version of the Gravity Form.

I’ve tested on my sandbox but was unable to reproduce the issue. It could occur for various reasons, such as an outdated version of WordPress Core, the Theme, or Gravity Forms and its add-ons.
