I’m experiencing an issue with one of my forms where notifications are sent to up to 9 recipients based on the form completion. However, I’ve noticed that some recipients are receiving notifications for entries that do not exist in the entry database.
The notifications seem to trigger without any corresponding form submissions, and I’ve double-checked the entry log to confirm that these entries are missing.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could it be related to a misconfiguration in the notifications settings, caching issues, or a potential bug?
Any guidance or suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
