I hope someone can help me find a solution for a relatively complex registration process. Info in advance: I am happy to use paid plugins or reputable paid support.

The project is about young people and companies coming together at an event and conducting a job interview there.
The day is divided into different timeslots for this purpose. Each school class is on site for a certain period of time. During the registration process, the student should select their preferred date for a free slot at a company.
In the first phase, companies that would like to take part in the event register. They indicate which apprenticeships they have to offer. I have already prepared the form for this
In the next phase, the participating school classes are registered.
In this registration form, I would select the time slot in which the school will be present at the event.
At some point, registration closes for the companies and all school classes are registered. When these phases are completed, the students should register themselves. Now it gets complicated:
The student selects the companies he wants to audition with and also selects the corresponding apprenticeships. I have implemented this with the plugin Populate Anything from Gravitywiz.
However, this form should now be extended. Each student should be offered a time slot that is still free at the respective company. By selecting the school in this form, the system should know when this student will be on site.
After selecting the company, a new checkbox selection should appear, where the student books his slot. However, they may only select the slots that are still free. Example:
Class XY is at the event between 9:00 and 10:00. Student A registers for company X AND for company Y at 9:15 am. Student B then registers and is also interested in company X and company Y. Now the date at 9:15 a.m. can no longer be selected, but only 09:00, 09:30 and 09:45.
I thought I could implement this in some way with the “Limit Choices” plugin from Gravity Wiz. But a combination of Populate Anything and Limit Choices doesn’t seem to work.
Can anyone help me to implement this complex project or give me a tip on how to do it?
