Multiselect Dropdown List With Checkboxes. Possible?

Greetings,

I am trying to emulate a Multiselect Dropdown List With Checkboxes (see image) using Gravity Forms so that I can also get the selected value(s).

I found a Script called multiselect.js Demo | Github which generate the UI (see image), but I am wondering if this is even possible with Gravity Forms or an Addon?
