I have a Dropdown field, and I want to make it multiple selections. So a user can select multiple things from the dropdown list.

You can create multiple selection dropdowns with the Advanced Select add-on by Gravity Wiz.

The other solution available within Gravity Forms capabilities is the built-in Multi Select field, but it is not a drop-down list.
