Mailchimp Form Field

I have an Elite License but cannot see the Mailchimp field in the form builder. Any suggestions ?

There is no Mailchimp field. Create your form to collect all the information you want form your visitor. Then under Form Settings for your form, you go to Mailchimp and create a new Feed. That will send the data you want to the Mailchimp list you select. There are additional options on the feed as well.
