Looking for freelance on entries printout layout

I’m looking for someone that can build a custom entries layout to reduce the amount of pages in a pdf or word doc or txt file.

I build an extensive medical application that includes alot of yes and no questions tagged along with conditional logic if answered yes or no. The form is done and works perfectly. Yet when the entries is built with { all fields } all answers go down one long column and its 15 pages long. I need someone to build the entries print out to fill in the entire page with the q&a. Can this be done?

I sent a ticket to gravity forms and I was referred to gravity perks and they don’t have a presales contact unless I spend money and get an account.

Anyways if someone can help or even make a script to get the data and build it into a pdf or word that may work as well…

I would begin by investigating Gravity PDF. They offer a service whereby they’ll develop a custom PDF template for you.
