Load old entry into the form

Hi there,

is there any chance to load an old entry by ID or something else into the form? We are using this forms to collect some datas and sometimes its important to change something later. So the Idea is, that we put a link to this entry into in our system and everyone can click on it and load the form with the entrys in it. We already do this by some informations to pre fill the form but this is not really possible when we have more informations in the form like the email or phone.

I also saw the entry editing modul in WP when i am loged in. But is there any change to load the original form with this entrys by ID or something?
