the license key resets = being deleted and I need to reconfigure.
it disconnects the plugin so I cannot work, does not save info ect.
it is very very annoying and time consuming.
How do I fix it?
There could be an issue with the wp_options table in the WordPress database, is the option_id column set to auto_increment? If not, each time WordPress or a plugin saves an option it could override an existing option which could make it look like the license key setting is being reset.
