Cannot update license key - no save button

Hi,

I’ve upgraded my gravity forms license to the elite version but can’t seem to update the license key on the wordpress staging site. There is no save button under the settings and it seems to still be using the old license key even though I’ve revoked that license on my account. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin but the same issue persists.

Please let me know how to fix this.
