I’m not if this is a bug but the interface cuts off part of the options. For example, I can’t delete certain items. As you can see from the screenshot below, I cannot delete the 2nd and 3rd option. Tired using different devices, and the issues still continues.
The theme or another plugin is including conflicting styles. Try enabling no-conflict mode on the Forms > Settings page.
I’ve enabled no-conflict mode, but the issue is still occurring. Are there any other workarounds we could try?

I’ve tried to reproduce the issue on a fresh installation with the latest version of Gravity Forms but was unable to do so. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Gravity Forms. If you have resized the browser window, please make it full width and check the issue again.

I have installed the latest version of Gravity Forms and tried resizing the browser windows but still not working…
You can refer to the article below to begin troubleshooting the issue. In summary, disable all third-party plugins and switch back to the “Twenty Twenty-Five” theme to see if the issue persists. If not, enable your plugins one by one to identify the cause.
