Interface cuts off part of the options

Hi,

I’m not if this is a bug but the interface cuts off part of the options. For example, I can’t delete certain items. As you can see from the screenshot below, I cannot delete the 2nd and 3rd option. Tired using different devices, and the issues still continues.

The theme or another plugin is including conflicting styles. Try enabling no-conflict mode on the Forms > Settings page.

I’ve enabled no-conflict mode, but the issue is still occurring. Are there any other workarounds we could try?
