How to send custom message to submitter conditionally based on day of week and time the form was completed?

Hi Lorenzo,

This should be possible with the day of the week feature of our GP Conditional Logic Dates perk. You will add multiple notifications on the form and set up conditional logic on each of them to send based on the day of the week as seen in the documentation.
