How to "schedule form" every month?

I would like to do exactly like “schedule form” does, but from 20th to 25th of EVERY month.

Is it possible ?

Hi Bob. I don’t know of an existing solution for that. You might be able to use the gform_get_form_filter to check the data, and display the form only if the date falls within your window:
