How to show/hide a form at specific dates and hours

Hi,

I haven’t find the way to decide to show/hide a form on my website (based on specific dates and hours).

For instance, if I would like to show a form everyday at 8am then hide it at 12.30pm. Then the next day, showing it at the same moment. Is it possible? I looked around documentation but it seems to be impossible without adding a paying plugin or extension. May you please confirm or help?
