How to make it so that after filling in one field, the information is extracted and populated into 3 different fields?

How can I make it so that when a user fills in one field consisting of:

1. Company Name
2. VAT Number
3. Domain

Meaning: Company Name + VAT Number + Domain

An add-on would automatically populate 3 separate fields:

1. Company Name
2. VAT Number
3. Domain

This way, I shorten the time for the user to fill in 3 fields, and they only need to know one value from the 3 fields to find the appropriate company.

In the attached slide, you can see that I have imported a list of companies, so I only need such an add-on that would allow me to automatically fill in 3 separate fields based on filling in one field.
