Duplicate name and surname in same form

Hi, I have a form where I ask First and Second Name
FIRST LAST NAME for example Jody Foster
, but in the same form I ask if you are with other people you have to set the number of the people but the person submit the form has to the person who fills out the form must appear in the list, so I would like to insert 5 fields where I ask for the name and surname but the first field
1 FIRST LAST NAME == Jody Foster as the input I just write
2 FIRST LAST NAME
3 FIRST LAST NAME
4 FIRST LAST NAME
5 FIRST LAST NAME
should automatically fill in with the name and surname that he filled out before

I have done something almost exactly the same for a team registration page for a basketballl tournament.

Do you have a Gravity Perks Licence? You can use their Copy Cat Perk.

If you don’t have it you could buy the licence on the Black Friday Special.
