How to limit access on a per form basis to specific users [RESOLVED]

Hi, i’d like to be able to limit access to Form A to User B or Role C so that only those users can view and export form entries.
I’ve tried WisdmLabs free plugin and it works well up to a point but doesn’t seem to restrict Export Entries to one form
User Roles Editor Pro plugin seems to offer the feature - any experience or advice ?
