Is it possible to limit what fields are editable, in the admin edit entries page for a certain user/role?
The permissions in Gravity Forms are not so granular as to allow for that. However, there is a 3rd party plugin that should allow for that:
I would check with them to be sure if their feature support what you need to do, but I believe it does.
