We have 2 Business Units in HubSpot (let’s call them A and B for simplicity.) A contact can be in A or B or in both A and B.
When I add HubSpot integration to the Gravity form, a new form is created in HubSpot. This form is always created under our default Business Unit A.
This causes a problem for us because we need it to be created under Business Unit B and not under A.
I can use Workflow in HubSpot to remove Business Unit A - but it doesn’t help because I don’t know if the user was in Business Unit A before we add him via the form.
At this time, there is no way to control the business unit where the form is created when using our HubSpot Add-On. If you think this would make a good addition to Gravity Forms HubSpot Add-On, I recommend adding a note to our product roadmap.
