Hello, i need auto duplicate fields, as example name, surname, year birth - thease fields are for children, so if there are second children I think must be some button add second children and then auto generating/apiering the same fields for next children and so on for5 ar more childrens. How to do that. Thanks

You can do this with a repeater field.
There is a ‘List’ field that comes built into the Gravity Forms core.
Or you can leverage the Gravity Forms Repeater API (custom code).
Lastly, you can use Nested Forms by Gravity Wiz.
