How do I link to the form

I want to create a page that only contains one form. I already found how to embed it but it only goes to a 404 if I use the link to the page. How can I link to just the form/find the form itself to link to?

Hi Ervin,

You can use the Gravity Forms shortcode or Gutenberg block to embed the form on your website, as shown in the screen recording below. I’m not sure why you’re having trouble embedding the form. Could you please send me a screen recording so I can take a closer look at the issue?
