How to add page url in gravity form

Hello
I am trying to register but it is not going through.

I want to know if i can create a form which i will put inside a popup and i want the form to get the link of the page which the popup is embed/assigned/located

For example (I create a single product page template, add a popup with a form in it then when i submit the form, i want to get the link of that particular product which the form appeared from)

Will be open for any suggestion on how to do it

on the entry page you can get Embed Url

you can also add the same data in a notification by using the {entry_url} mergetag
