So we have Multiple landing pages that use 1 and the same Form for all landing pages. The reason for all the landing pages is to give the buyer them a special page with Title and image corresponding to their target market. However we use one form to gather all inquires. On the back end we’d like to know which page the form came from either using the link page, Title or image displayed on the landing page.
If you want to collect the Embed URL from your form you can add a single line text field and in the advanced tab click the default value merge tag drop-down and select Embed URL. (see screenshot)
