I’m trying to figure out if there is a plugin or the best way to set up a process using gravity forms on my site that allows a prospect to send in a request for quote to me, where I can reply with a custom quote (based on price x quantity and some fees). I am hoping to do it through the website rather than email replies. I’m also hoping I can track the entries which are my replies.
Hopefully this is not custom, and I don’t have to set up tables in the db, and a query to pull records back into the website such so that I can plug in prices (to override any defaults) and send.
Lastly, in my search I think woocommerce plugins might do the trick, but I don’t want to go there if I don’t have to.
