Help Fixing Advanced Payment Solutions Plugin

I bought this plugin to work with GF, but it is not working and the support is horrible so am looking here if any one can help!

I input the transaction key and username in the settings - and it saves fine. But then when I go to the form to set the payment method, it tells me I have to setup the plugin first. I go back to the settings page and the username and key are gone.

I am over my head with this.

Can anyone help either troubleshoot this plugin or help me create a new one for their merchant which is APS Payments is Now REPAY - REPAY

Out of left field but do you perhaps have any caching plugins installed? This sounds like your pages are being cached and aren’t updating properly.
