I’ve got a client needing to integrate GravityForms submissions through to their backend CRM and database management tool, FileMaker Pro from Claris.
They’re not wanting to put Zapier or something similar in the middle between the two systems. The db support team for them advised they would provide the custom URLs to submit the data to from the GravityForms submission and that they would be using JSON to pass the data.
Can this be done with GravityForms? Is there an add-on, that allows me to set up a custom db call link on form submission instead of the standard operation?
Any guidance or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
