Gravity Forms/View Flush rewrite issue

We had a developer create a custom site for us using GF/GV. She created a code that changes the generic Gravity View URLS (/entry/123) to a custom title. This portion of our code is creating a flush rewrite for every page load that is overloading our server and crashing our site.

I need the flush rewrite corrected OR that portion of the code removed and have the site function off the native URLS.
