Gravity Forms mailchimp connection failed (redirection not found message)

Dear support,

I want to link my form to a Mailchimp list. Currently, I am trying to establish a Mailchimp connection through the form on WordPress, but it unfortunately stops at the “redirect back to your site” step. These are the steps I am following:

Step 1: I go to the relevant form and then to the Mailchimp tab.
Step 2: I click on configure Mailchimp settings and go through the signup process.
Step 3: Subsequently, Mailchimp attempts to redirect back to the website, resulting in a 404 error. This prevents the connection from being established in Gravati Forms.
Step 4: When I log in to Mailchimp and go to the Gravati Forms addon, it shows as connected.

What could be going wrong here? Is there an option to link using only an API key?

Try deactivating any plugins with security or redirection features, clearing your browser cache, and then connect the add-on again.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for your quick response. It indeed had to do with a security plugin. After temporarily disabling this plugin, the connection works perfectly.
