The above plugin is seems to be dead by the developer, and it has issues with the new wordpress and gravityforms.
Is there any other plugin known that does the same job? Would be helpfull as a whole B2B section based on this add-on does not work anymore.

Hi @MYEDGY - it sounds like you want to ensure that a visitor to your site provides a code, you check that code to see if it is valid, and if so you let them proceed to the form. Is that correct? If so, Gravity Wiz Populate Anything can do that:
