Problem:
The total number of entries in the Entry tab in Gravity Forms does not match the tracked entries in Google Analytics. Google Analytics is missing entries.
It appears that some entries do not go through to Google Analytics. And that the add-on is working selectively.
Please help.
Background:
I have the google analytics add-on set up with Gravity Forms.
I have it routed through Google Tag Manager. It works beautifully for MOST of time.
The set up is manual, via GTM.
Upon testing, everything checked out, and everything worked.
However,
After 2 weeks of accumulating form submissions. Analytics is clearly missing a few entries.
The total entries in the Entry tab in Gravity Forms do not match the tracked entries in Google Analytics.
Help needed!
Is it possible for Gravity Forms to verify that all submissions are properly going into each Feed?
Has anyone encountered this error before? What was the issue?
