I would like Gravity Forms to add a hidden field if the enquiry is coming from google ads. Did anyone tried to configure something like this?

I’ve checked that plugin and it’s not a solution for me. I need something which will send a hidden field with form which after I can use in zapier to set a right tag in our CRM.
