I just started working with a client that uses Gravity Forms. They called me because all of their previous form information is now missing. The submission records are there, but the actual data is gone. In the backend under system status it prompts me to “Re-run the database upgrade” which does nothing. Under XXX_gf_entry_meta it states “Table has not been upgraded successfully.”
Hi Christopher. It would be best to open a support ticket or have them open a support ticket using their license and login information. We can’t tell from here without your system report and more information about the site what’s happening. Thank you.
