When a customer selects the product (woocommerce product), completes the gravity form and then tries to add it to the cart, it’s not adding to the cart.
We have the woocommerce gravity forms product add-on, check-out field editor and the Gravity form styler.
Is anyone else having this issue where it’s not adding to the cart?
Out of the box Gravity Forms doesn’t provide any integration or support for WooCommerce. That’s completely handled by the third-party add-on that you’re using, so I would recommend you to reach the author for advice. Assuming you’re using the one created by Element Stark, this seems to be the link to get support.
